Oh soft summer breeze,
come caress my warm cheek,
sweep across my hot brow.
Lift from me my worries,
my stress,
my shame.
Fill me with hopes,
dreams,
and calm.
Send my spirit up into the leaves,
to new heights,
and a new perspective.
Oh soft summer breeze,
help me rest,
help me sleep.
So that I can wake
to live again.
